Corporate Communications Manager

Your Duties:
In corporate communications you are responsible for the planning, development and implementation of extensive information and dialogue processes within our company, towards partners and clients. You will create several documents not only for external public relations but also for the internal communication. You are also responsible for the creation of documentation for our franchise partners and clients, as well as the co-ordination of online and offline campaigns in co-operation with the Marketing department and the Affiliate manager.

Your Qualifications:
A bachelors degree in communications or relevant subject with previous work experience in the journalism industry or in business communications. Work experience in different locations with communication networks is an advantage. The candidate should have a very good knowledge of both the spoken and written language, both in English and German. Your way of working should be creative.
systematic and conceptual. A high degree of initiative, flexibility and team skills will make your profile.

Customer Care staff

We are looking to strengthen our Customer Care team in Malta. Staff are required for the following areas:

• Customer Care Turkish/English.
• Customer Care German/English.
  

In this function you will be primarily employed as Customer Care Agent and will be answering customer queries via Email, telephone and live chat. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of internal standards and regulations concerning international financial transactions, documentation and administrative duties.
