Casino table games and the strategies behind them can be intimidating and confusing. But not every game requires you to be a seasoned gaming expert to have fun and win. You’d be surprised to learn that there are many table games that are just about as easy as flipping a coin.

Even a game like roulette — which could be confusing with all the different types of bets — can be simple with a few tips. Here are a few easy-to-play table games to get into on Tipico’s top-ranked Casino app.

Casino War

A lot of people don’t realize you can play War in the casino. Yes, the classic card game you used to play to pass time can hand out some big payouts. Casino War is very simple — it’s just you against the dealer. All you need to do is place your bet and you’re dealt a card. If your card is higher than the dealer’s card, you win! If both cards are equal, you’re dealt another card, with the same situation — higher card wins. It’s that simple.

You can also play multiple hands to beat the dealer more than once. Not every game needs to be complex to be fun. Casino War is a great example of a simple table game that makes playing, understanding, and winning easy.

Many people have never played Baccarat because they don’t understand it or are intimidated by it. But it’s actually one of the most basic table games you can play. Let’s start with how the game works. All the face cards and 10 are worth Zero, aces are worth one, and the numbered cards (2 through 9) are equivalent to the number they show.

To play, you start by betting on either the Player or Banker side. The player and the banker side will each receive two cards (and could potentially be dealt a third card, depending on the value), and whichever side is closer to adding up to 9 wins.

Your score is based on the value of your cards added up. So if you were dealt a two and a seven, you’d have a perfect nine. If you go over nine, only the value of the second digit is taken. For example, if you were dealt a ten and a nine (adding up to 19), your score would be a nine.

Another example would be if you were dealt a nine and a two (adding up to 11), your score would be a one. You can also bet on a tie for a massive 9-to-1 payout!

Roulette can be a little confusing if you’ve never played. There’s a massive array of bets on the inside, and groups of bets on the outside. With all the options, it can make things confusing for newcomers. But there are simpler bets you can focus on to start playing one of the most popular, fun, and thrilling games the casino offers.

The easiest and most popular way of playing roulette is by betting on red or black. You simply place your bet on one of the two colors, and if the ball lands on a number with the color you picked, you win. It pays 1 to 1, so a $100 winning bet would pay $200 (your originally bet + your winnings).

You can also switch it up with another “coin flip” type of bet simply by betting if the ball will land on an even or an odd number, or by betting on if the number will land on a number between 1 to 18 or 19 to 36. All of these are almost 50/50 win/loss bets, with the only exception being if the ball lands in the zero slots on the wheel.
